Privacy policy

Effective date: 1 January 2026  ·  Applies to: Tactix, HydroTrack: Never Forget!, and Smoke Tracker.

Who is responsible

These apps are made and published by Okan Coskun, trading as Joshkun Apps, based in Ankara, Türkiye. For any question about this policy, write to support@joshkunapps.com.

What is collected

Nothing. None of the apps listed here ask you to register, sign in, or provide your name, email address, phone number or location. They contain no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind.

Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is nothing for me to store, share, sell or lose in a breach.

Where your data lives

Everything you enter — your logs, settings, saved strategies — is written to storage on your own device and stays there. I have no access to it.

• If you back up your device to iCloud or a computer, that backup may include the app's data. It is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not this one.
• If you delete an app, its data is deleted with it. There is no server-side copy, so it cannot be recovered.

Third parties

These apps do not embed advertising networks, analytics services or social-media SDKs. No third party receives information about you through them.

The apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple collects its own data around downloads and purchases as part of running the store, and that is covered by Apple's privacy policy.

Notifications

HydroTrack, and any other app here that reminds you of something, uses local notifications scheduled on your device. Nothing is sent through a push server and no notification content leaves your phone. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

Children

These apps are not directed at children under 13 and do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, at any age.

Your rights

Data protection law — including the GDPR in Europe and KVKK in Türkiye — gives you rights to access, correct and delete personal data held about you. Since I hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to request: your data is already entirely in your own hands, on your own device. You can inspect it in the app and erase it by deleting the app.

Tactix

Tactix runs fully offline and requires no account. The strategies, player paths, loadouts and utility timings you create are stored on your device only. Nothing is uploaded, and no other user of the app can see your work.

HydroTrack: Never Forget!

Your intake entries, daily goal, unit preference and reminder schedule are stored on your device only. Reminders are local notifications; they are not sent from a server. No health data is shared with me or with anyone else.

Smoke Tracker

Your quit date, logged cigarettes, pack price and consumption figures are stored on your device only. This is sensitive personal information, which is exactly why the app has no account and no cloud sync — it never leaves your phone.

Changes to this policy

If an app ever changes in a way that affects this policy, I will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
