Quit-smoking tracker · iOS
Smoke Tracker
Quitting is a long run of ordinary days, and it's easy to lose sight of how far you've come. Smoke Tracker keeps the record so the progress is visible on the days it doesn't feel like progress.
What it does
Counts what's worth counting
No streak you're terrified to break, no badge for a week you didn't really have.
Time since your last one
The number that matters most, front and centre, always current.
Money not spent
Enter what a pack costs you and how much you used to smoke. The saving adds up in the background and it's usually bigger than people expect.
Cigarettes avoided
Based on your old habit, the running total of the ones you didn't smoke.
An honest log
If you slip, you record it and carry on. The history reflects what happened, because a tracker you have to lie to is worth nothing.
Nothing leaves your phone
No account, no cloud sync. This is private information and it stays on your device.
Quiet by design
It reports; it doesn't nag or moralise. You already know why you're doing this.

Smoke Tracker help
Common questions first. If yours isn't answered here, email me directly.
I smoked one. What do I do in the app?
Log it and keep going. That's what the log is for. One cigarette after three weeks is three weeks you didn't smoke, and the app is built to show that rather than wipe it.
How do I set or change my quit date?
It's in the app's settings. Adjust it if you started earlier or later than you first entered — the counters recalculate from the date you set.
My savings figure looks wrong.
The calculation uses the pack price and the daily amount you entered when you set up. If either has changed — or you guessed the first time — update them in settings and the total corrects itself.
Will my data survive a new phone?
Everything is stored on the device, so it travels with an iPhone backup. Restoring a new phone from iCloud or a computer backup brings your history along.
Deleting the app deletes its data, and there's no server copy for me to recover. That's the cost of not asking you to hand over an account.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet — it's planned. iOS came first.
Can this app help me stop for good?
It can keep an honest record and make your progress visible, which genuinely helps some people. It isn't medical treatment and I'm not a clinician.
Quitting works best with real support behind it. Your doctor or pharmacist can talk you through nicotine replacement and medication, and most countries run a free stop-smoking helpline. Use the app alongside that, not instead of it.
